Shipping Options For Your Order -

Shipping charges are automatically calculated in the shopping cart according to the shipper's price schedule. In most cases, you will be able to choose either UPS, FedEx, or USPS. With UPS or FedEx, you have a choice of Ground, 3-Day, 2nd Day, or Overnight shipping. With USPS, you have a choice of Priority Mail or Express. You will also be able to see what the shipping charge will be before you check out.

Free Shipping

If your order subtotal comes to $150 or more, you will see in the shopping cart that your order will be shipped UPS ground or USPS Priority for free to addresses in the United States (we will determine the carrier depending on the order). If you need your order faster, you can also choose to select one of the faster shipping services (UPS 3-Day, 2nd Day, Overnight or USPS Express) at the price listed.

Warehouse Location

We ship from our warehouse in Washington state and maintain a good inventory of all the products we offer so that we rarely need to backorder an item. Shipping times for UPS ground are generally 2 - 5 business days, depending on your location. Shipping times for USPS Priority Mail are generally 2 - 3 business days. We can also ship overseas to many countries using USPS Priority Mail International (least expensive), FedEx, and UPS (see below).

International Shipments

We ship to many countries around the world via USPS Priority International, FedEx, and UPS. Normally, shipments will take 8 to 12 business days to arrive in most cases. However, the customs process varies by country and may affect the time it takes to deliver your package. Also be aware that there may be VAT and customs fees due on delivery which are levied by some countries. Customers placing orders outside the United States are responsible for paying any fees or taxes levied by the destination country.
